What is the cost of a mobile car wash and car detailing?
Our prices are based on your vehicle, with different services based on what you need. You can review our Services page at any time, or contact us and we can provide you with a competitive quote.
When will my vehicle be completed?
Some of our services take as little as 1 to 2 hours. Others can take as many as 6 to 8. It depends on the type of package and clean you prefer. That’s what makes it so great to work with a mobile car wash, as we can come to your vehicle so that you can do other activities.
What if I just need a quick wash?
We have different car wash packages depending on your needs. Our car detailing service can be as thorough as if you bought the car brand new or based on the specific state of the vehicle. We always give 110%, and are confident that our level of service will exceed your expectations.
Do I need to give the detailer access to water or electricity?
We arrive at your location fully-equipped with all the supplies we need to ensure that your car is spotless, including a generator for power supply.
Do I need to be present before, during or after the service?
If you choose not to be present, please ensure the detailer can easily find your car among others by indicating the plate or the exact color and model when placing the booking. You can also add specific instructions for the detailer prior to booking on the platform. However, we do recommend to check the car before and after the detailer leaves to ensure you’re satisfied with the end result!
What's the difference between Everybody Shines and local car washes?
The convenience of having someone come to your home or office for one thing. But most of all, our professionals have been vetted in-person and have successfully demonstrated their skills before joining the our platform. We are fully equipped, insured, and ready to provide the services requested.
How do I pay for the service?
All payments are made in person by person by cash or a debit/credit card, or on our website through a secure payment processor.
How will you access the car?
We will call you upon arriving at the location. You can let the us know where the car is located or show us to the vehicle. You also have an option of leaving instructions when placing the booking.
What if I have more than one car?
No problem. Just notify us when we call/message you to confirm your booking.
Do you provide recurring services?
Yes, we do! To sign up for a recurring plan, just place a request with your detailer in person. You’ll be able to select the frequency, day, time, and add any additional services you may want. After that, your bookings will be scheduled automatically based on the frequency you selected and you’ll be billed after each service is completed.
Do you have a satisfaction policy?

Everybody Shines has a strong satisfaction policy, and If you’re not initially happy with our services, we’ll work to find the best solution to make things right.
A Washos satisfaction policy applies if:
The service was completed within the past 24 hours. (For recurring services, each appointment is treated as a separate occurrence)
The scope of work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction. (i.e quality, behavior of detailer, damage to vehicle etc)
Your account must be in good standing without any unpaid balances.
